Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the design and overall functionality of the product, covering the entire digital health experience across the company's solutions. This involves managing the full product design lifecycle from initial research through to final usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
• Identify new digital product improvement opportunities and recommend design enhancements
• Analyze how a new digital product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions and emerging design techniques
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
• Work closely with product engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experience and suggest improvements for products and processes
• Present product design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Communication Design or closely related field
• Two (2) years of experience in offered or similar position
• Experience with all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, user experience and usability testing
• Use of Figma and creation of design systems for mobile and web applications
