GenAI Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the design process using Figma and the design system to create necessary artifacts like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while collaborating with research teams to identify user pain points and opportunities. They will also partner with global technology, product, and business teams to balance user needs with business goals and ensure quality design requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process by employing Figma and our design system to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Partner with CX Research to define approach to identifying user pain points and opportunities
- Identify design problems and create intuitive and engaging customer experiences
- Collaborate with global technology, product and business teams to balance user needs with business goals
Requirements
- Some product design experience taking ownership, driving understanding, and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start-to-finish
- Bachelorâs Degree preferably in a relevant design discipline, certification or equivalent work experience
- Self-starter capable of identifying opportunities and delivering solutions on their own
- Well-versed in responsive web design and mobile/native platform, and an aptitude for exploring new technologies and methodologies
