Sr Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will craft complex and engaging experiences for global users across various channels, developing interaction designs for web, chat, multi-modal digital experiences, and in-person services. Essential duties include collaborating on research and testing, designing complex information architecture and user interfaces, and leading design from exploration through launch and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple teams to conduct research, user testing, and create elegant solutions to complex problems
- Design and document highly complex information architecture and user interfaces
- Be the strongest advocate for customers by contributing to the product design strategy
- Take initiative in identifying problems and opportunities to improve the product offering
Requirements
- 5+ years designing for multiple platforms experience
- 3+ years as a senior designer or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio of sample projects highlighting design for web-based applications, mobile applications, service design and consumer-facing websites and/or applications
