Senior Associate, Product Designer

The Product Designer will combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and business needs to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems. Responsibilities include leveraging design skills across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design quality and creating artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
• Leverage strong understanding of product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design
• Use appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems to create artifacts
• Work with teams to create journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Use data, research insights and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
• Understand product, processes and partner goals to recognize and bridge gaps between customer-centered solutions and business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and continuously identify opportunities to collaborate
• Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
• Experience working with an established design system
• Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
