Principal Product Designer, Data360

The Principal UX Designer will define strategy, prototype visions, and collaborate across the Data360 platform to bring the product vision to reality while setting the bar for design excellence. This high-level individual contributor role involves seeing the big picture, influencing the product roadmap, and mentoring other designers within the team.

Responsibilities

• Set the bar for design excellence, leveraging the Salesforce design system and creating/defining new patterns and paradigms for data experience design
• Work on some of the world’s biggest design challenges on a team that strongly values design-first thinking, data- and research-informed user-centric experiences
• Bring your skills, inspire your teammates, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way businesses interact with and derive insights from their data

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering products
• Outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in applied design skills and idea generation
• Demonstrated ability to distill and reframe problems, then define a framework for resolution
