Product Designer, Principal Associate level - Premium Design

The Product Designer will combine expertise in product design with customer and business understanding to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems, focusing on defining the future of the mobile app's critical touchpoints for high-spending customers. Responsibilities include leveraging design expertise across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design quality and creating artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions
- Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills that factor in data, research insights, scalability, tech constraints, and feedback
- Understand and apply business and customer strategy, facilitate design process activities with team and partners
- Actively build an understanding of the potential of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies
- Foster relationships with partners and continuously expand your network
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Basic Qualifications: Strong portfolio, experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners
- Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role, experience working with an established design system
