This senior individual contributor role focuses on designing and shipping complex, high-density SaaS functionality while leading execution to elevate interaction quality and strengthen the design system. Key duties involve defining reusable components, aligning with Engineering on implementation, and reducing product inconsistencies.
Responsibilities
- Designing complex SaaS workflows
- Leading execution of dense, multi-role features with layered states and edge cases
- Delivering production-ready designs with pixel-level precision
- Prototyping and iterating to validate ideas early
- Strengthening and evolving the design system
- Defining and refining reusable components and interaction patterns
- Aligning closely with Engineering on implementation and scalability
- Reducing inconsistencies and duplication across product areas
- Raising the craft bar and championing thoughtful interaction design and visual clarity
Requirements
- Experience shipping complex SaaS, B2B, B2B2C products with complex functionality
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and patterns
- Hands-on design experience with a balance of speed and detail
- Understanding of engineering and the ability to build prototypes to communicate ideas
- Strong interaction detail, visual rhythm, and structural consistency
