Staff Product Designer

The role involves shaping great products and developer experiences by defining solutions with a strong point of view, prioritizing progress, and maintaining curiosity regarding AI/LLM capabilities. Responsibilities also include designing responsive and accessible experiences, exploring AI solutions, providing design feedback, and building cross-functional relationships.

• Defining great products and developer experiences with a point of view
• Thinking systematically about information architecture and existing and emerging UI patterns
• Prioritizing progress over correctness
• Remaining curious and comfortable learning about existing and upcoming new capabilities
• Designing responsive and accessible experiences that work across multiple platforms
• Exploring and shaping solutions for existing and new AI experiences
• Providing regular design feedback and direction to coworkers
• Seeking out opportunities for connecting with people and teams working on related projects
• Building meaningful relationships across the product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product or service design
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years experience in product or service design
• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience in product or service design
• Doctorate in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience in product or service design
• Equivalent experience
• Experience as a Product Designer working with Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers
• Experience designing end to end complex, multi-workflow SaaS products
