Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scalable, reusable components, templates, and design tokens
- Partner with engineering to achieve 1:1 parity between design and coded implementations
- Support and optimize design-to-development workflows
- Support design system governance by implementing approved enhancement requests
- Conduct component and visual audits to ensure compliance with typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns
- Validate accessibility standards and mentor teams on inclusive design best practices
Requirements
- Four+ years of experience in UI/UX fundamentals
- Four years managing design tokens and implementing WCAG standards for accessible components
- Four years of proficiency with Figma and design tools
- Four years of experience with front-end fundamentals and frameworks like React and Qt QML
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and adaptability
