Contract UX Designer

This role involves driving the UX vision for a next-generation platform by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-first solutions grounded in research and data. Responsibilities include building complex interactive prototypes in Figma, creating clear user flows and mockups, and maintaining scalable UI patterns while ensuring polished delivery with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the UX vision for a next-generation platform, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Yieldmo
- Design user-first solutions grounded in research, data, customer feedback, and technical constraints
- Build complex interactive prototypes in Figma to validate ideas with customers and support sales pitches
- Create clear user flows, wireframes, and mockups to define and communicate product direction
- Maintain scalable UI patterns and design specs, working closely with engineers to ensure polished delivery
- Present sophisticated design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
- Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with mobile app and mobile web environments
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Experience working with retail, technology development, and device partners
- Experience in implementing accessible and inclusive design principles
- Strong skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders
- Expertise in ad tech ecosystems and ad systems
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for complex products
