
The Product Designer will design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences to support caregivers and families, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to translate insights into usable solutions. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end user flows, iterating on designs based on feedback, and ensuring design quality, accessibility, and coherence across experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of features and workflows within Cariloop's products
- Develop an understanding of Cariloop's products, users, and business context to inform design decisions
- Use research findings, data, and feedback to inform and iterate on designs
- Participate in discovery activities and planning conversations to help shape problem definitions
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or a related design role
- Portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products or features end-to-end
- Experience applying user research and data to inform design decisions
- Familiarity working with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
