Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of UX designers
- Guiding and growing designers to deliver high-quality UX work
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership
- Translating vision into execution and removing obstacles
- Creating conditions for designers to do their best work
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of professional experience in UX design
- 3+ years leading designers
- Experience designing products that leverage agentic AI
- Strong foundation in end-to-end UX design across complex, multi-surface products
