Advanced Specialist, UX Designer

This role involves designing end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept through implementation, and creating high-fidelity designs including user flows and prototypes for engineering handoff. The specialist will also contribute to the design system and lead user research initiatives to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Creating high-fidelity designs including user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications
- Contributing new patterns and components to our design system
- Planning and conducting user research and usability testing
- Partnering closely with content, product, and engineering teams
Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates craft excellence, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes
- Strong foundation in user-centered design
- Ability to operate through curiosity, collaboration, and craft excellence
