Advanced Specialist, UX Designer

The specialist will lead design for major product areas and full user journeys, partnering with content, product, research, and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and shape experiences that drive learning outcomes. Key duties include designing end-to-end experiences, creating high-fidelity artifacts, contributing to the design system, and leading user research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Creating high-fidelity designs including user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications
- Contributing new patterns and components to the design system
- Planning and conducting user research and usability testing
- Collaborating with content, product, research, and engineering teams throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates craft excellence, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes
- Strong foundation in user-centered design
