Lead Specialist, UX Designer

This role involves defining and developing content strategy for end-to-end user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs through a content lens. Responsibilities
- Developing content frameworks that scale across the product experience
- Defining the voice, tone, and messaging strategy in alignment with brand guidelines
- Creating intuitive, user-centered content that drives engagement and learning outcomes
- Structuring information hierarchies and providing guidance around navigation to best support users
- Collaborating with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 7+ years of content strategy and UX writing expertise
- Portfolio that demonstrates impact
- Strong editorial and UX writing background
- Ability to lead through clarity, collaboration, and user advocacy
