The Lead Specialist, UX Designer will own the end-to-end visual design quality for the design system, defining foundational elements like design tokens and component specifications. This role involves setting creative direction, designing production-ready components, and leading design critiques while mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual design quality for the design system
- Define and evolve the visual design language
- Design comprehensive, production-ready component libraries in Figma
- Lead the visual design direction for major product redesigns
- Work closely with Creative Technologists to translate visual designs into code
Requirements
- 7-10 years of visual design experience
- Deep, expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong skills in motion design
- Proven experience designing, building, or contributing to design systems at scale
