PRODUCT DESIGNER SÊNIOR

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for orchestrating customer experiences across the banking lifecycle, focusing on transforming complex interactions into intuitive journeys from onboarding through continuous adoption. Daily tasks include designing flows, monitoring activation/adoption metrics, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing flows and interfaces that facilitate customer activation and recurrent use of Inter products, especially at initial points of contact with the superapp
- Monitoring activation, adoption, and satisfaction metrics, proposing continuous improvements based on data
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize journeys
- Collaborating closely with Product, Tech, Growth, and Data teams to align business objectives with user experience solutions
- Mentoring less experienced designers, contributing to the technical and creative development of the team
- Collaborating with the Design System team to maintain consistency, evolve components, and establish onboarding patterns
- Presenting and defending design solutions to stakeholders and leaders, building trust relationships
- Defining quality experience requirements (UX) and supporting performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, Publicity, or related fields
- Practical experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating the creation of complex journeys, especially involving onboarding, activation, and adoption of products
- Advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience with agile design methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and work in multifunctional squads
- Availability for in-person work (BH or SP)
