
Product Designer

The role involves identifying necessary artifacts like wireframes and prototypes based on project needs and delivering high-quality designs, while also developing user understanding through various methodologies, research, and data analysis. Responsibilities include presenting design decisions, improving design processes, contributing to design systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to define and deliver project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identifies the right artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline and delivers high-quality artifacts
- Develops understanding and empathy for users through user-centered methodologies, external analysis, research, and data
- Presents design decisions to peers, partners, and design leadership
- Actively improves design process and workflow for themselves and team
- Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, design leads, and other cross-functional partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in or with a product design organization
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research, and processes
- Proactive and energetic communicator with an attention to detail
