Senior Product Designer

• Partner with service operations teams to ensure designs fit real-world processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Experience in building AI-first products
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing
