The Product Designer will lead product initiatives from hypothesis and research through validation and implementation, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals across discovery and delivery phases. This involves translating customer insights into intuitive UX solutions and collaborating closely with engineers on modern web app structures.

- Collaborate closely with engineers, with a practical understanding of how modern web apps and component-based systems are structured
- Use modern design-to-code workflows, AI-assisted tools, and prototyping tools to bridge design and implementation
Requirements
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals
- Strong customer empathy and understanding of user behavior
