The Senior Product Designer will analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences from discovery through delivery. They will own the brand's look and feel across applications by designing pixel-perfect, accessible, and user-friendly web apps while partnering closely with Product Owners, Feature Architects, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences
- Advocate and execute rigorous user-centered design process to deliver high-impact web and mobile solutions
- Own the brand’s look and feel across applications, designing best-practices, pixel-perfect, accessible, and user-friendly web apps
- Facilitate collaborative workshops, walkthroughs, and prototyping sessions that translate user requirements into holistic user experiences
- Partner closely with POs, FAs, and developers to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design
- Expertise in leading design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Fluent in written and spoken English
