Senior UX Designer
Openx Remote (🇵🇱 Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland)
The role involves designing world-class enterprise UI, product structure, and functionalities based on business strategy and requirements, while owning the UX process end-to-end for multiple projects. Responsibilities also include architecting and delivering new features, thinking long-term, and actively removing unnecessary complexity from the product.
Responsibilities
- Design world-class enterprise UI, product structure and functionalities basing on business strategy and requirements
- Architect, create and deliver new features and functionality
- Drive the requirements and own the UX process end-to-end
- Think long-term and be representing both user, business and production team perspective throughout all product development phases
- Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Ability to run entire UX design process
- Experience with designing enterprise-level UI
- Experience working in digital media or advertising
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team player
- Quality-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to independently identify and act on areas of improvement
