Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, proposals, brochures, and social media content, while creating and maintaining organized design templates. This role also involves designing graphics for various content types and presenting design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and revision.

Responsibilities

• Develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, business proposals, financial documents, brochures, flyers, postcards, social media content, and more
• Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production
• Design graphics for various content types, including text, numerical data, maps, and infographics
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions
• Adhere to Berkadia’s brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs
• Effectively utilize design elements such as color palettes, photography, typography, and other visual components
• Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials
• Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote or hybrid work environment
• Stay informed on current industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in editorial design, formatting for medium to long publications, and creating files for both print and digital distribution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions
• Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in business tools like Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
