VOLUNTEER, Graphic Designer – Marketing Team (3 Positions)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing digital assets such as social media graphics, promotional materials, and campaign visuals to elevate the organization’s visual identity across all digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure visuals align with messaging and maintaining branded templates for consistent communications.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets including social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and campaign visuals
• Develop and maintain branded templates for consistent communications
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align visuals with messaging and strategy
• Support creation of professional decks for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels

Requirements

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience (professional or volunteer)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
• Understanding of branding, layout, and typography principles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with nonprofit, startup, or community-based organizations is an asset but not required
