Senior Graphic Designer

The role involves leading the company's UI design efforts for SaaS and web app features, collaborating with product managers to plan and design effective solutions, and ensuring design quality through the design system. Responsibilities also include guiding developers on implementation, taking ownership of the entire design process, and iterating based on user feedback and data insights.
Responsibilities
- Work with our product managers and plan and design effective and efficient solutions
- Lead the company’s different UI design efforts: Including planning and designing SaaS and web app features, both entirely new and updates to existing ones
- Ensure design quality and consistency by working with our design system and contributing to its constant development and improvement
- Collaborate closely with the product team to translate written product management requirements into designs that will best suit its users
- Work with developers to guide and supervise them into ensuring the accurate and effective implementation of your designs (no coding required)
- Take full ownership of the entire design process - from wireframes and mockups to final assets and prototypes
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product analysts’ data-driven insights
Requirements
- 2+ years creating product-adjacent visuals (SaaS, web apps, gaming, tech, etc…)
- Experience in building cohesive icon sets and visual systems
- Proficiency with: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- A portfolio showcasing: concept visualization, iconography, and at least one composited hero or feature visual
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Well organized person with well-thought and well-planned documents
- Fully dedicated to the company and its success
- High attention to detail
