Graphic Designer

The role involves supporting the Marketing & Brand Experience department by designing and producing high-quality digital and print materials, including social media graphics and presentations, while ensuring strict brand consistency across all communications. Key duties include managing design projects independently, coordinating printing needs, and executing creative refreshes for existing materials.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update short-form collateral such as single-or multi page layouts, recurring informational materials, and other quick-turn design pieces
• Coordinate and manage printing needs, including file preparation, proofing communication with print vendors
• Execute simple rebrands or refreshes of existing materials, templates, and layouts
• Develop graphics for PR efforts and social media channels, maintaining consistency across platforms
• Assist with email marketing efforts by providing visual assets, layout support ad recommendations for improving visual effectiveness

Requirements

• Preferred degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in digital and print production, layout design, and brand-aligned creative execution
• Familiarity with email marketing tools preferred but not required
• Experience preparing print ready files and working with vendors
