Graphic Designer

The role involves designing and developing high-impact pitch books and brochures using Adobe InDesign to clearly communicate complex financial and strategic information. The designer will collaborate with deal teams to refine materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines, while also managing print production coordination.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop pitch books and brochures in Adobe InDesign that communicate complex financial and strategic information clearly and compellingly
- Work with company deal teams across various industries to create and refine the pitchbooks to align with client’s brand guidelines
- Work closely with the printing and production team to ensure that designs are optimized for print and delivered to the printer in a timely manner
- Review and proofread all design work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Select appropriate images and photography to enhance the overall design and messaging of each brochure
- Support ad hoc design needs including corporate marketing collateral, website updates, reports, case studies and internal presentations
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of graphic design experience
- Relevant experience in financial services or professional services is a big plus
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience working in a fast and deadline-driven environment
- Polished professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with PowerPoint is a plus
