The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design renovation of the vComply SaaS platform by auditing the current design, proposing improvements, and delivering high-fidelity assets focused on modernizing the user experience and data presentation. Key tasks include designing intuitive dashboards, developing data visualization components, and evolving the platform's design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a UX and UI audit of the current vComply platform
- Design and prototype modern dashboards that present complex compliance data in intuitive and interactive ways
- Develop data visualization components (charts, graphs, tables, KPIs) that support decision-making and user workflows
- Redesign key UI elements including navigation, forms, workflows, and reporting modules
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the platform’s design system for consistency across modules and future updates
- Incorporate user feedback and stakeholder input into iterative design improvements
- Provide guidance on UX research and testing methodologies to validate design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work, including dashboard and data visualization projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, and design systems
- Solid understanding of front-end development principles
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
