The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and assisting in implementing intuitive user interface and user experience solutions for digital products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategy, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and documenting design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and assist with implementing user interface and user experience solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, product managers, business analysts and support teams
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile
- Come up with new ideas and creative solutions and work on improvements
- Present concepts to stakeholders, iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
- Push the visual and interaction design forward and help maintain its cohesion by designing and documenting design systems and guides
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in UI/UX design
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail
- Ability to perform within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A clear understanding of usability, user-centred design, and web standards
- Solid knowledge of Figma
- Adobe Suite tool (Illustrator and Photoshop) proficiency
