Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) – UX/UI Travel & Booking

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design journey, translating complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and mockups while driving user research to ensure products solve real customer problems. They will also champion consistency by driving Design Systems and ensuring seamless implementation through partnership with engineering.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design journey
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect Figma mockups
- Conduct usability tests and partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation
- Drive User Research & Discovery
- Champion consistency and accessibility across all platforms
- Foster high design quality through rigorous Design QA and post-release reviews
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C product design
- Proven track record of designing complex, high-conversion transactional flows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices
- Professional level English, German or Dutch language skills
