The Senior Product Designer will analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences from discovery to delivery. Responsibilities include owning the brand's look and feel, designing pixel-perfect, accessible web apps, and facilitating workshops with product owners, analysts, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and user needs, translating them into well-crafted user experiences that support the product development process from discovery to delivery
- Advocate and execute rigorous user-centered design (UCD) process to deliver high impact web and mobile solutions that align with business objectives
- Own the brand's look and feel across applications by designing best-practices, pixel perfect, accessible and user-friendly web apps, ensuring high quality execution and documentation
- Facilitate collaborative workshops, walkthroughs, and prototyping sessions that translate user requirements into holistic user experiences
- Partner closely with POs, FAs, and developers to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design
- Expertise in leading design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Ability to create comprehensive specifications that follow modern UI and user behavior heuristics
- Portfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving skills
- Courageous and open to new things, with a willingness to share experience and enthusiasm
- Fluency in written and spoken English
