Lead Product Designer, Travel & Disruptions - 12 month FTC

This hands-on leadership role involves defining a best-in-class travel experience by designing clarity and reassurance into the journey, leading design across Travel & Disruptions initiatives for both Android and iOS apps. Additionally, the Lead Product Designer will line-manage and mentor other designers in the space, setting direction and ensuring design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Help define how Trainline delivers a best-in-class travel experience
- Lead design across Travel & Disruptions initiatives
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data partners
- Line-manage and mentor designers
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Product Design or UX within complex, consumer-facing digital products
- Experience designing journey-based, real-time, or service-oriented experiences
- Strong hands-on design skills, with high proficiency in Figma
