
Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for improving the player experience in Call of Duty: Mobile by generating insights from data and research, and partnering with Product Managers to define UX problems worth solving. This role involves proposing experience concepts, flows, and prototypes, and aligning direction with the development partner at Tencent for detailed design and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX ideation and direction for key systems and surfaces
- Translate player insights, data, and research into experience concepts and prototypes
- Partner with Product Managers to identify high-impact UX opportunities
- Collaborate with UX, design, and production teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a closely related role
- Experience working with mobile-first design
- Strong track record of driving meaningful improvements to player or user experience
