Senior Manager, Product Designer

This role involves combining craft expertise and people leadership skills to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems within the Core Compliance design team, which bridges complex legal requirements and everyday execution. The manager will drive product strategy and cultivate a thriving team culture of high-performing designers focused on mitigating systemic risk.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise and people leadership skills to co-create innovative solutions
- Drive product strategy and create a thriving team culture
- Shape product direction and outcomes by leveraging design expertise, user insights, and business understanding
- Advocate for human-centered methodologies and apply data, research insights, and design expertise to problem-solving
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role
