
The role involves end-to-end execution of design concepts across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential. The designer will also maintain brand consistency and contribute to creative strategy while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Take concepts from idea to delivery across digital product, social, print, packaging, and experiential
- Ideas to shoot and design content with the Creative Lead and wider team to maintain a cohesive, polished brand aesthetic
- Produce high-quality assets for social, website, product packaging, and marketing campaignsâon time and to brand standards
- Evolve and maintain the brand system and Brand Asset Bank; build reusable templates and ensure alignment with visual guidelines
- Partner with Product and Growth to embed brand within the product experience using sound product-design principles
Requirements
- Experience of professional design experience with a diverse portfolio covering digital, print, motion, and experiential design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Proven ability to deliver at design-led brands, whether in-house or agency, balancing creativity and commercial awareness
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams and take creative ownership
