Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for apps and web applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and implement UX strategies to impact business KPIs and product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and development
- Utilize tools such as Figma to design and prototype user interfaces
- Optimize user experiences through iterative design and testing
- Promote and evangelize best practices in UX/UI design, accessibility, and usability
Requirements
- Formation in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Experience in the co-creation and evolution of Design Systems
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Ability to manage projects and priorities, with strong communication and creativity skills
