The Junior Graphic Designer will adapt and apply existing brand guidelines across multiple digital formats and design high-quality social media pieces for various channels. They will also support video editing needs and collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and apply existing brand guidelines across multiple digital formats
- Design high-quality social media pieces for organic and paid channels
- Create paid media assets that are clear, on-brand, and performance-ready
- Design web banners for campaigns and promotions
- Support video editing needs for social and digital platforms
- Work primarily in Figma and Adobe Suite to execute designs efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement feedback and iterate quickly
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Requirements
- 1-2 years of design experience, internships, or freelance work in a fast-paced or digital environment
- Solid foundation in graphic design (formal education or hands-on experience)
- Comfortable working in Figma and the Adobe Suite
- Video editing experience (basic to intermediate level is great)
- Confident designing for social media and paid ads
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Enjoy collaboration and are open to feedback and iteration
- Eager to learn, improve, and grow as a designer
