
The specialist will develop and adapt visual merchandising concepts and in-store marketing designs according to global guidelines, customizing materials for local business needs. They will also create clear guidelines to support sales objectives and manage supplier relationships efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt visual merchandising concepts and in-store marketing designs in alignment with global and European guidelines
- Customize graphic materials to meet local business needs while adhering to company standards
- Create clear, structured guidelinesâbased on global directionâto support local sales and profit objectives
- Ensure consistent and accurate execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores and the broader company portfolio
- Identify visual merchandising and in-store marketing challenges in collaboration with Store and Area Managers, proposing targeted and effective solutions
- Support the development of visual layouts for new store openings
- Manage allocated budgets efficiently
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion and retail sectors
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Italian native speaker
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
