Graphic Designer

The primary role involves creating compelling visual content and design materials, such as high-quality proposal presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals, to support business development and win new business. Responsibilities include designing professional documents under tight deadlines, creating custom graphics, and transforming complex content into visually engaging layouts while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce professional proposal documents, presentations, and pitch materials under tight deadlines
• Create custom graphics, infographics, charts, and diagrams that effectively communicate data, processes, and service offerings
• Transform complex technical content into visually engaging layouts that enhance readability and impact
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines while ensuring all materials meet professional standards
• Work closely with proposal writers, business development teams, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and complexity levels
• Review and refine existing templates and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in professional services, architecture, or commercial real estate environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
• Experience with proposal development processes and understanding of RFP requirements preferred
