The role involves developing UX concepts, performing user tests, building high fidelity designs, and taking care of UI and Interaction Design across the B2C and B2B product portfolio. Responsibilities also include Product Discovery, User Research, Usability Testing, and maintaining the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Develop UX concepts, perform user tests, build high fidelity designs, and take care of UI and Interaction Design
- Product Discovery, User Research & Usability Testing
- Information Architecture
- Creation of flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Evaluation of new products and features
- Maintaining and evolving our Design System
Requirements
- 3 years + of experience in the world of UX Design
- You attach great importance to the small details of user experience while being pragmatic in shipping features iteratively
- You know how to translate the outcomes of your UX research into a state-of-the-art interface with a top-notch visual quality
- You have already gained experience with the execution of user research and enrich your assumptions with real business data
