Senior UX Designer

Design end-to-end conversational experiences across various modalities and collaborate with teams to shape prompt strategies and validate designs. Contribute to design systems and frameworks that scale across products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end conversational experiences across voice in/out, screen + voice, and vision + voice modalities on Windows, Web, Mobile and across multiple app experiences
- Collaborate with LLM service teams to shape prompt strategies, output formatting, and fallback behaviors
- Prototype and test multimodal interactions that balance clarity, efficiency, and delight
- Define interaction models for turn-taking, interruptibility, and contextual grounding in voice-first and hybrid experiences
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years focused on conversational interfaces or voice UX
