Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience across GridUnity’s portfolio of products, ensuring UX quality and coherence. You will partner with various teams to design intuitive user journeys that support complex interconnection and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Own UX quality, coherence, and platform consistency
• Own the definition and evolution of the user experience across GridUnity’s platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across technologies, features, workflows, and shared platform patterns
• Establish and maintain UX patterns, interaction models, and design standards that support product scalability and reuse and development speed
• Serve as the primary steward of UX standards and best practices, enabling consistent, high-quality experiences across teams and product areas

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex B2B or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work (research, flows, interaction design, and delivered product)
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment
• Ability to design for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and expert users
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using evidence
