Product Designer

You will own end-to-end design for core product areas and design the core desktop and mobile interfaces that nurses and managers rely on. You will partner closely with engineers and conduct user research to shape product direction and improve clarity and adoption over time.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas
- Design the core desktop and mobile interfaces that nurses and managers rely on to coordinate schedules, fill gaps, and keep hospitals running smoothly
- Partner closely with engineers during the design process
- Build and maintain a scalable design system, and level up design at Vitalize
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with complex or workflow-heavy products, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong UX instincts paired with a high bar for details and visual taste
- Experience in creating design systems, and see early-stage as an opportunity to improve processes as the product scales
- Youâre excited by opportunities for research and are comfortable traveling to customer sites to observe workflows, run usability sessions, and build first-hand understanding
