Onsite $117,800 - $160,000 Full-time Enterprise Product Designer

The UX Designer will provide UX/UI analysis, design, and development services across various initiatives and platforms. They will generate concepts into user experiences and interfaces while balancing product ideals with technical constraints and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provides UX/UI analysis, design, and development services across new and ongoing initiatives, platforms, and delivery channels
  • Generate and translate concepts into simple and elegant user experiences and interfaces that satisfy both business and user needs
  • Delivers creative concepts and assets that bring the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Grocery brands to life across digital platforms
  • Develops and communicates product structure and user paths with wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and other information architecture and design tools
  • Supports and consults with other partner designers, developers, and stakeholders as concepts are developed and deployed
  • Serves a user advocate, championing user needs to marketing stakeholders, designers, product owners, and developers throughout the design and development processes
  • Validates work via usability tests, analytics, user feedback; leads and participates in user research
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of UX design, technical, functionality, and usability research, trends, and developments

Requirements

  • 4+ years of education or related field experience
  • Available online portfolio
  • 2+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $117,800 - $160,000 USD annually
  • Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
