
Lead UI/UX Designer

The Lead UI/UX Designer will design intuitive user experiences for various products and lead the UX/UI product design process from research to visual design. They will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for various products; both internal as well as external customer-facing products as needed
- Initiate and lead UX/UI product design end-to-end, including research strategy and visual design
- Mentor junior designers on group projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help define initial product requirements
- Create screenshots, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, or prototypes as needed to effectively communicate your interaction and design ideas
- Work directly with developers to ensure your design is properly implemented
- Educate and advocate for the adoption of a user-centered design and development process
- Participate in an ongoing effort to codify UI/UX standards across the company
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Design Management, or related field
- Six (6) months of experience in Graphic Design, Design Management, or related field, which includes six (6) months of experience using Miro, Adobe XD, Keynote, and Figma
Benefits
- Salary Amount/Range $53,955 ā $85,000/year
