Product Designer

The Product Designer will own end-to-end design processes, from discovery and strategy to final visual execution and design QA. They will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create intuitive and visually compelling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design from discovery and strategy through final visual execution and design QA
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to deliver intuitive, visually compelling solutions
- Lead and participate in design thinking workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional collaboration sessions
- Create and maintain design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with strong emphasis on visual design at a professional level
- Proven experience designing for both mobile and web platforms (50/50 split)
- Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with tools like Mural and PM platforms is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition, with examples from concept through launch
- Experience with design thinking methodologies, formally or informally
