The UX Designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms while collaborating with product managers and engineers. They will also develop a strong understanding of financial concepts to design solutions for the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
- A solid understanding of financial products, services, and user behaviors within the financial domain
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including advanced prototyping and design system management
- Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with creative, scalable solutions
- Confident presentation skills; ability to explain the 'why' behind a design to non-designers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment
- Advanced Oral English, Native Spanish
