As a Technical Lead Product Designer, you will lead a team of designers and writers to craft the AI-powered private banker experience. You will also establish foundational experience systems that will power AI across Nubank, ensuring alignment with the broader Magic App vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers and writers in crafting the next evolution of Nubank's AI-powered private banker
- Establish the foundational experience systems that will power AI across Nubank
- Define the design vision, systems, cultural anchors, and rituals that make the product feel unmistakably Nubank
- Build links with other business areas at all levels of the organization, influencing business decisions advocating for user-centered design
- Inspire fellow product designers, creating a high bar of quality design work
Requirements
- Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research)
- Experience in digital products
- Excellent English: verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
