The UI/UX Designer will design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs. They will collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
