Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the complete design process, from understanding user needs to creating final designs ready for development. Key tasks include designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that are easy to use and visually appealing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work directly with product managers and developers to turn ideas into finished products
- Make design decisions independently without needing constant oversight
- Deliver design work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Present and explain your design choices to stakeholders
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product design or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different customers
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
